Although my consult took longer than I had anticipated (I never actually asked how long it would take) it was incredibly comfortable, detailed and friendly. I have never had a doctors office give me a tour before, and it really allowed me to get a sense of the place. In addition, the practice really wanted to know MY priorities! Who does that these days? Very impressed after my first few visits to this practice, including an initial evaluation, consultation, and follow-up to address some cavities. From the front desk to the hygienists, the staff are very friendly and thorough. And that goes doubly for Dr. Ahmed, who also gets high marks for her patience in explaining her evaluation and recommended actions. The atmosphere is pleasant and unhurried, and the people here will go out of their way to make you comfortable. It's a sure bet for those of us who have a hard time getting ourselves to the dentist otherwise.read more

Trenna is one of the best dental hygienists I've ever had. She is welcoming, concerned about my comfort, and extremely thorough in her cleanings. She also gently provides reminders about the benefits of frequent flossing.read more

Dr. Kitchen recognized a cavity (or maybe resorption) in an X ray, which several other dentists in multiple countries missed for years. Her staff got me in to have it filled only about a week later and the doctor and her staff took every pain to avoid causing me any (pain). The level of service here is some of the best I've received in any context and I'm confident that Dr Kitchen is the best dentist I've ever seen.read more

With a dental emergency on a Saturday, I called Old Town Smiles expecting to leave a message with some far away answering service. Dr. Kitchen herself answered my call! While out of town, she wasn't able to come open the office to see me (though I know without a doubt, she would have if she could have), she had me in her chair by 7AM the following Monday, and fixed me up. Dr. Kitchen and her team are the REAL DEAL, both professional and caring, truly the best of the best. Keep up the great work team!read more
