Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we offer CareCredit and Lending Club, a patient payment program offering a full range of no interest and extended payment plans.
We offer a 5% discount if service is paid in full by cash or check for treatments over $1000.
Due to the high standard of care received at our office, we do not participate with insurance companies. While we are considered out of network, we are always happy to file your insurance for you so you can take full advantage of any benefits you may have. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Thank you for understanding our insurance policy and for choosing the best care for your health and smile.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A missed appointment is a loss for everyone. Because our practice sets aside a significant amount of time for each and every patient, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice so we can make every effort to accommodate other clients. If proper notice is not received, you will be billed a fee of $175.
Our team spends an extensive amount of time preparing for your visit and requires a 25% deposit of the treatment fee before your visit for procedures over 2 hours. This commitment gives both the patient and doctors a sense of security and trust as we move forward with your extensive, detailed and top notch treatment plan.
