Jillian (“Gillie”) Wratten, our Practice Administrator and Business Team Leader, originally hails from London, England. She has lived all over the world and has been living in the United States for the last 30 years. She brings almost 40 years of experience in the dental field to Old Town Smiles, and has worn many hats in the industry. She has served as everything from a dental surgical assistant with maxillofacial trauma patients in the Operating Room in Saudi Arabia, to a Dental Insurance Specialist and Financial Expert here in the U.S.
At Old Town Smiles, Gillie is your go-to person for financial questions. She has been known to work tirelessly on your behalf to help you maximize your insurance reimbursement and benefits. You still may catch Gillie sitting chairside with Dr. Ahmed or Dr. Kitchen, as she still loves to be “in on the action” with our patients.
In her spare time, Gillie enjoys spending time with her three grown children and one beautiful grandson. She loves watching English football (“soccer” to us Americans) and loves indulging in some of her favorite English foods to help her feel close to home. Our patients love chatting with Gillie about all sorts of random trivia and sports. Look for her at the front desk at your next visit to Old Town Smiles!
