What is Fee For Service Dentistry?
At Old Town Smiles, we work with all forms of insurance. Due to the high standard of care performed at our office, we are considered out-of-network providers, meaning we aren't limited by insurance restrictions that may compromise quality of care. You’ll pay at the time of your appointment, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly based on your specific plan’s negotiated rates. To make this process as smooth as possible, our team will gladly file your claim on your behalf—so you never have to deal with a super bill or the hassle of submitting paperwork yourself.

Cancellations And Missed Appointments
A missed appointment is a loss for everyone. Because our practice sets aside a significant amount of time for each and every patient, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice so we can make every effort to accommodate other clients. If proper notice is not received, you will be billed a fee of $175.
